– Suspension of the eyebrows with threads: four minimum incisions are made on each side, two on top of the eyebrow and two hidden in the scalp (1 mm each), with detachment only along the path of the area to be suspended using threads passed through a long needle; usually doesn’t last longer

– Resection of skin above the eyebrows: a small incision is made on the side and top of the eyebrows, enough to raise them. The scar is disguised in the hairline;

– Endoscopic eyebrows lift:  through three to five incisions in the scalp (0.5 to 1.0 cm each) and with a camera connected to a monitor, the entire frontal area is removed up to the limits of the nose and eyes. Next, the doctor performs natural repositioning of the eyebrows or traction of their sides with surgical threads;

– Open frontoplasty:  a bilateral incision is made on the scalp, with detachment of the entire frontal area up to the limits of the nose and eyes. Then, the surgeon suspends the eyebrows through traction and resection of the tissue

In general, the surgery lasts between 30 minutes and two hours, depending on the technique used by the doctor. The hospital stay varies depending on the anesthesia used, but the patient is usually discharged on the same day as the procedure.
